Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sheet Chat plugin ("the Plugin") provided by Sheet Chat ("Sheet Chat"). By using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Plugin.
Introduce
The Sheet Chat plugin is an AI assistant that simplifies Sheet operations, enhances work efficiency, and provides deeper insights into data. The Plugin offers various basic functions, including table creation, table formatting, chart creation, translation, and more. Additionally, with the help of ChatGPT, the Plugin enables dialogue with Sheet and assists in data analysis to unlock greater value from the data. The Plugin also allows connection to external systems, such as Jira and TestRail, enabling automation of personal workflows.
Usage
Sheet Creation
You can create a new sheet by typing /create and providing the desired sheet name. The Plugin will suggest columns for the new sheet, guiding you to quickly create the sheet. Additionally, the Plugin provides pre-built forms for selection, facilitating the creation of forms and offering style options.
Sheet Editing
You can edit the data in your current Sheet by typing /edit and specifying the required edits. The Plugin, powered by ChatGPT, will assist you in modifying the data according to your instructions.
Function Writing
By typing /function, you can access the function writing feature. Describe your function requirements, and ChatGPT will recommend the appropriate function expression for you to add to a cell.
Sheet Formatting
The Plugin offers a formatting feature accessible through the /format command. It provides a range of predefined formatting options to choose from, simplifying the process of formatting the sheet.
Chart Creation
To create a chart, use the /chart command. Specify the desired chart type, such as line chart, bar chart, or pie chart, and select the chart type from the quick replies. The Plugin will then create the chart and add it to the current sheet. If GPT3.5 is enabled, you can provide additional requirements for the chart, and ChatGPT will generate a customized chart.
Sheet Translation
The /translate command activates the sheet translation feature. You can choose to translate the entire sheet or a selected range. The Plugin supports two translation engines, Google and GPT3.5, allowing you to select your preferred translation engine.
Chat with Sheet
Using the /sheet-chat command, you can engage in a dialogue with the sheet. It is recommended to provide context and introduce the sheet's application scenarios before asking questions. You can ask questions regarding insights, revenue analysis, data summaries, and trends. ChatGPT will provide relevant responses based on the given context.
Connect to External System
The Plugin is currently working on the development of the Connect to External System feature. The planned functionalities include task splitting and integration with Jira, Google Tasks/Calendar, and TestRail. This feature will enable task automation and batch operations within these external systems.
Limitation of Liability
The Sheet Chat shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use of the Plugin or any actions taken based on the Plugin's recommendations. The Plugin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations, express or implied.
User Conduct
When using the Plugin, you agree to abide by the following guidelines:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You will not use the Plugin for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes. You will not engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the Plugin or its associated systems. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Plugin.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Sheet Chat retains all intellectual property rights related to the Plugin. You acknowledge that the Plugin's content and features, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software code, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Privacy Policies
The Cheet Chat respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Plugin, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Plugin shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the governing jurisdiction.
Modification of Terms
The Cheet Chat reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check for any changes periodically. Continued use of the Plugin following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Sheet Chat and you regarding your use of the Plugin and supersede any prior agreements or representations, whether written or oral.
By using the Sheet Chat Plugin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Termination
The Sheet Chat reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Plugin at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in any improper or unauthorized use of the Plugin. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Plugin and any associated materials.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the governing jurisdiction. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Plugin shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the governing jurisdiction.
